About 9 years ago, Dr. Chauhan left the OBGYN practice she had worked at for several years to go into Hormone Replacement Therapy. During this time, there was reluctance to accept Hormone Replacement as a viable method of hormone treatment. But Dr. Chauhan had a strong feeling that Bio-Identical therapy would eventually thrive in the medical field. Fast forward to today, nearly all OBGYN practices offer Bio-Identical Pellet therapy as an evidence-based and effective method of hormone therapy.
Heather Pearson Chauhan MD, FACOG
A native Memphian, Dr. Chauhan completed her undergraduate work in history at Princeton University and finished medical school and residency training at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. Having served as a physician partner at Ruch Clinic, Dr. Chauhan has 10 years of private practice experience. She is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and an active member of the North American Menopause Society, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health.
Brokke Hall Certified Nurse Practitioner, MSN, FNP-C
Brokke Hall Certified Nurse Practitioner, MSN, FNP-C, in 2019, she earned her M.S.N from University of Texas and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Brokke is also pursuing a designation as a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner. Before joining Exceed Hormone, Brokke gained valuable experience working as a charge nurse on a medical-surgical telemetry unit and as an Assistant Director of Nursing at an ambulatory surgery center. Brokke holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and a B.S. in Nursing from New York University.
Carly Adams Certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner, WHNP-C
Certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner, WHNP-C, in 2016 she graduated from Vanderbilt University with a M.S. in Nursing specializing in Women’s Health. In Colorado she began her career in nursing, and met her husband, also from Memphis; which inevitably brought them back home. In Memphis, she worked as a Neonatal ICU nurse at Regional One. For the past seven years, Carly has worked in Women’s Health as a nurse practitioner. While doing so, she gained valuable experience in gynecology and discovered her passion for assisting and supporting women as they enter menopause.
